This role requires flexibility, as you may be asked to float to Post-Partum 1-2 shifts a week. Your commitment to excellence will help ensure the best outcomes for mothers and their babies. Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unitCollaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomesMaintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC EMRParticipate in high-risk deliveries and manage high acuity casesComfortable floating to Post-Partum as neededWeekend and holiday rotation required Requirements: Active Iowa RN licenseMinimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experienceHigh-risk and high acuity experience requiredExperience with EPIC STORK preferredAHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS and ACLS certificationsCertification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) for fetal monitoringCertification from the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)Ability to float to Post-Partum unitCOVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
