Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our client's team in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial analysis and data modeling to support strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and a passion for working with financial data to drive insights and improvements. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead project planning and execution, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and deadlines are met. u2022 Design and implement innovative processes and improvements to enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Develop and deliver training initiatives for team members on essential programs and tools. u2022 Create advanced SQL queries and formulas to analyze and manipulate complex datasets. u2022 Optimize data models in Oracle, Excel, and Power BI to improve performance and usability. u2022 Quickly adapt to new tools and technologies to support evolving project needs. u2022 Utilize extensive company knowledge or resourcefulness to locate and apply necessary information. u2022 Access and retrieve data efficiently from available data warehouses for analytical purposes. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights through data visualization and analysis. u2022 Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for decision-making. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Data Analytics. u2022 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on financial analysis. u2022 Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. u2022 Advanced skills in Python, SQL, and Excel for data manipulation and analysis. u2022 Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder interaction. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines. u2022 Passion for technology, e-commerce, and continuous learning in diverse business areas.
