Complete prep work including salads, slicing meats, sandwich prep, and breading food items. Check and maintain inventory in freezers and refrigerators. Work closely with the Chef to maintain kitchen standards and product consistency. Set up buffets and service lines. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Assist and help train other kitchen employees as needed. Perform line prep and work the line during service. Qualifications Strong knife skills and ability to produce consistent, high-quality food. Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience required. Flexible, hardworking, and willing to learn new tasks. Able to follow direction from the Chef and Supervisors. Culinary student with 1-2 years of kitchen or prep experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly. Comfortable standing, moving, and working in a busy kitchen environment.
