We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.Job SummaryResponsible for executing day-to-day marketing anddigital communication activities across multiple manufacturing sitesThis role has primary ownership of social media management and content execution,along with hands-on support for trade shows, customer engagement, and salesenablement initiatives.Must have a strong execution mindset who enjoystranslating technical and operational activity into clear, engaging digitalcontent and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Manageday-to-day execution of the company's LinkedIn presence, includingdrafting, scheduling, posting, and monitoring content.Maintainand execute a rolling social media content calendar aligned to businesspriorities, site activity, and events.Partnerwith internal stakeholders to source content and translate operational andtechnical updates into engaging posts.Trackengagement metrics and performance trends; adjust content approach toimprove reach and engagement.Supportwebsite content updates and digital asset uploads as needed.Executemarketing and sales enablement activities across multiple manufacturingsites.Assistwith the creation, formatting, and distribution of marketing collateraland presentations.Coordinatetrade show and customer event logistics, including registrations,materials, shipping, schedules, and follow-up.Supporton-site event execution and post-event reporting and content capture.Serveas a centralized point of coordination for marketing execution acrosssites.Supportcustomer visits and site-specific marketing needs in partnership with sitecontacts.Ensureconsistent use of approved branding and messaging.Trackmarketing expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and maintain organizedmarketing records.Providemarketing-related administrative support to the Vice President, EngineeredProducts.Required Skills and QualificationsStrongwritten communication skills with the ability to translate technicalinformation into clear, professional messaging.Highlyorganized with strong attention to detail and fortableworking within approval workflows and brand guidelines.Proficientin Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media scheduling or basicanalytics tools is a plus.Professional, collaborative, and execution-focused.Able tomanage multiple priorities across sites and stakeholders.Ability to balance a combinationof office and manufacturing environments across multiple sites.Ability to travel for trade shows, site visits, and customer events.Abilityto lift and transport marketing materials as needed.Required Experience and EducationAssociate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.2-5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, digital marketing, or social media execution role.Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments is a plus.Experiencesupporting trade shows, events, or c
