Optometrist (OD) Beyond Eyecare * Location: Herndon, VA * Job Type: Full-Time (5 days/week on average) * Starting Pay: $145,000 annually * Benefits: Medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k), HSA, 10 days PTO, birthday off (paid), six paid holidays, eyewear & exam discounts, $500 annual lifestyle credit About the Role We're looking for a skilled and patient-focused Optometrist to join the Beyond Eyecare team. You'll be the heart of our practice - delivering comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, and helping patients see the world more clearly. What You'll Do * Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments * Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of ocular conditions and diseases * Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and medications as needed * Counsel patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options * Collaborate with the optical team to ensure patients get the right eyewear solutions * Maintain thorough and accurate patient records * Contribute to a welcoming, patient-first practice culture What We're Looking For We welcome applications from new graduates and experienced ODs alike - what matters most is who you are as a clinician and a person, not just what's on your CV.
