About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the full operational management of a single distribution facility. This role oversees daily receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, team leadership, safety compliance, and cost a lean environment, this leader operates as a player-coach—working alongside the team while driving operational discipline, accuracy, and performance.What Youll Do:Lead daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping across all channelsManage inbound containers, domestic freight, and LTL/FTL deliveriesMaintain accurate documentation including BOLs, ASNs, and packing listsProvide internal shipment updates and support import parts coordinationMaintain 98-99% inventory accuracy through cycle counts and annual physical inventoryMonitor safety stock, shrinkage, obsolete inventory, and damaged goodsOversee RMA returns, rework projects, and warehouse space allocationPartner with Finance on inventory valuation and reportingSupervise, coach, and develop warehouse staffAssign workloads and monitor productivityConduct performance reviews and safety trainingFoster a collaborative, accountable cultureEnforce OSHA and company safety standardsMaintain forklift certification and conduct equipment inspectionsWhat Were Looking For:3-7+ years of warehouse operations experience1-3+ years of supervisory experienceExperience independently managing warehouse operations preferredBackground in consumer products distribution supporting mass retail or club channels strongly preferredProficiency with ERP/WMS systems (Dynamics 365) and ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Forklift certification preferredTitle: Warehouse Supervisor Wage Range: $70,000.00 USD- $80,000.00 USDLocation: Onsite Chino, CA At Nexgrill, were all about bringing people together around the grill.
