Description We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to develop and maintain applications within the Symitar platform, contributing to the enhancement of our core banking systems. This role requires a proactive approach to creating tailored solutions that align with business needs while ensuring system performance and security compliance. Responsibilities: u2022 Create and manage Symitar PowerOn scripts, batch jobs, and integrations to meet operational objectives. u2022 Support system upgrades and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless functionality. u2022 Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions. u2022 Design, generate, and maintain reports using Symitar Quest and associated tools. u2022 Monitor and optimize system performance while ensuring data integrity and security standards. u2022 Provide ongoing production support and participate in the on-call rotation as required. u2022 Collaborate on system enhancements and ensure compatibility with core banking processes. Requirements u2022 At least 3 years of experience in Symitar/Episys development. u2022 Advanced knowledge of PowerOn scripting. u2022 Familiarity with Symitar Quest, RepGen, and system integration processes. u2022 Understanding of credit union operations and core banking workflows. u2022 Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and React.js. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. u2022 Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
