What You’ll Be Responsible For Overview An established organization is seeking an experienced HRIS and Total Rewards professional to lead HR systems administration, compensation operations, benefits oversight, and a small HR support team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong technical HRIS expertise with compensation and benefits experience. The position owns system integrity, data security, reporting accuracy, and process optimization while supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, and senior leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesHRIS Ownership Full administration of ADP WorkforceNow (configuration, workflows, security, reporting) Maintain data integrity through audits, validation, and system controls Manage user access, approval paths, and system permissions Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and module implementations Partner with IT and external vendors on integrations Develop dashboards and deliver ad hoc reporting and analytics Provide end-user support, training, and documentation Oversee secure electronic HR records and access governance Compensation & Benefits Administer annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, incentive programs) Audit payroll-related changes and compensation data Support compensation analysis and market research initiatives Manage benefits administration, enrollments, vendor coordination, and invoicing Review plan performance and recommend improvements Leadership Lead and develop HR administration team members Establish service standards and performance metrics Identify and implement process improvements Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including advanced ADP WorkforceNow expertise Strong background in compensation and benefits administration Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Experience managing HR system security and access controls Strong troubleshooting and process optimization capability Clear communicator with ability to collaborate across functions Prior experience leading or mentoring team members Preferred Post-secondary education in HR, Business, IT, or related field HR or payroll certification Experience leveraging automation or AI tools within HR processes Profile of Success Highly analytical and detail-oriented Technically confident and systems-driven Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution Proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through Express Employment Professionals - Guelph.
