You will partner across brand, marketing, and production teams to develop innovative visual solutions that balance business needs with creative vision, all while fostering collaboration, managing expectations in client and stakeholder discussions, and maintaining a positive, professional presence throughout the design process. Ingredients Required for Your Success + Bachelors degree required. + 7+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand and packaging design. + Portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving and development of broad visual identity systems. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. + Understanding of packaging die lines, print processes, and production requirements. + Strong timeu2011management skills and experience working within structured timelines across multiple projects. + Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational discipline. + Willingness to openly receive and incorporate constructive feedback. + Selfu2011motivated mindset with comfort working independently and collaboratively.
