Key Responsibilities: Utilize yourtroubleshooting skills to promptly address a diverse range ofresidential service requests in a professional and timely manner.Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by executing various repairs toreturn a unit back to market ready conditions. Ensure that anyunresolved maintenance issues or concerns are promptly communicated tothe Property Manager for resolution. Assist in the completion ofpreventative maintenance tasks to eliminate untimely and costlybreakdowns in equipment, appliances, etc. Perform on-call emergencyservices within a rotation to provide timely repairs for our residents.General Requirements: Passion for delivering exceptional customerservice to our residents, teammates, and vendors. Proficiency inmultitasking and managing priorities effectively as you may be assignedseveral tasks to complete each day. Prior experience in residentialmaintenance or a related field preferred. Reliable vehicle, validdriver's license with good driving record, and auto insurance required.Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50 pounds andoccasionally up to 100 lbs required. Must be willing to attend trainingsessions and obtain additional certifications as needed.
