At Nevada State Bank, we truly believe that it matters WHO you work with. We are now accepting applications for a Teller Supervisor (Client Service Associate Lead) to join our Service Staff team. The hub branch for this position is our Bridger branch. Branch hours are Monday through Friday. Essential Functions: u00b7 Leads the daily activities of client service associates. u00b7 Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training. u00b7 Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals. u00b7 Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss. u00b7 Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations. u00b7 If needed, supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team. u00b7 Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking. u00b7 If needed, be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch. u00b7 Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training. + Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking. + Working knowledge of math. + Must have solid balancing and customer service skills. + Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs. + Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employees must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. + High School diploma or equivalent.
