At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.The Sr. IT Business Analyst - Field Service Management partners with business leadership to understand and clearly define their challenges and opportunities and to recommend technology solutions that address them. Acts as a liaison between the various internal and external stakeholders, and service providers, to drive change and implement technology solutions. JDE Support and Process Improvement lead stays involved during product development and quality assurance phases and takes over as primary contact for support issues ranging from critical situations to small-to-medium scale changes and enhancements.Gathers business requirements; produces system designs and technical specifications; configures software; designs data conversions, integrations, reports, and enhancements; tests technology solutions; trains key stakeholders such as support personnel, system administrators, and end users; maintains and supports business softwareHands on configuration of Field Service Management system, specifically in an environment of SaaS architectureDevelops and maintains a detailed understanding of:how application software has been configured and integrated to support business needsdatabase structures, data use, process inputs and outputs for his/her responsible functionsExperience integrating core ERP functions with the peripheral technologies to support business needsNeed to understand and manage seamless integrationsEnsure data flows correctly between different systems, troubleshoot integration issues, and work with other system owners to coordinate updates or changesProvide guidance and support with the configuration and working of Work orders and InventoryActs as project manager on all IT initiatives within the Field Service management portfolioDocument system processes, user guides, and standard operating proceduresCommunicates with application users to address incidents, fulfill requests, administer changes and resolve problems, as per established technology policies and best practicesProvides timely production support by meeting SLA’sEscalate issues to management when appropriateMentoring and educating other team membersAssist IT management and end-users to determine feasibility of potential systems projectsRequired Education, Experience, and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree5+ years supporting business applications within IT organizationIn-depth subject matter expertise in JDE processesJDE Orchestrator experiencePreferred Education, Experience, and QualificationsOracle Field Service applicationInternational Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certification(s)Project Management ExperienceTravel Requirements40-60% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.Physical ActivitiesClimbing stairs.Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periodsMoving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to anotherRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingersEnvironmental ConditionsNoisy environmentQuiet environmentOutdoor elements such as precipitation and windPhysical DemandsLight work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 poundsUSD $130,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
