Must have experience in Maryland and live in Maryland to be qualified for this position.As Administrator in Training, you will assist the Executive Director with day to day administration of facility. You will work on special projects, assist ED to strive to achieve excellence in resident/patient care, high employee retention and be an integral part of the local community we serve.Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date!USD $45,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 /Yr.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. This position will perform regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care, operation of support departments, cleanliness and appearance of the facility; morale of the staff; and ensures patient/resident needs are being addressed. You will assist in reviewing weekly and monthly financial reports and assist department heads in reviewing spend down reports as well as other projects as assigned.
