Job Description The Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County (u201cBXDAu201d) is charged with the twin goals of ensuring public safety and striving for equal justice for the over 1.4 million members of the Bronx County community. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with end users and team leads to understand and evaluate business requirements - Design, develop, and implement applications / websites to support in-house business processes - Conduct tests, identify errors, and resolve issues in applications - Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging - Help with the software implementations by providing training and support for the staff who will operate and maintain the software/application - Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes - Gather and document system requirements, and follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Agile/Waterfall methodologies to deliver code releases - Provide production support and maintain existing systems by researching and troubleshooting any problems COMMUNITY COORDINATOR - 56058 Qualifications 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or 2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or 3.
