Description We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations within our organization. This role is based in Walterboro, South Carolina, and requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. As part of this position, you will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency across various departments. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and resolve account-related issues to maintain accuracy and compliance. u2022 Process vendor invoices efficiently, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation. u2022 Oversee accounts payable operations, ensuring smooth and accurate financial transactions. u2022 Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational challenges. u2022 Utilize Encompass software to streamline workflows and improve productivity. u2022 Coordinate warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control. u2022 Monitor warehouse inventory to ensure appropriate levels and proper organization. u2022 Lead warehouse management efforts, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in account resolution and financial operations. u2022 Proficiency in processing vendor invoices and managing accounts payable systems. u2022 Strong understanding of risk management practices and strategies. u2022 Familiarity with Encompass software and its operational applications. u2022 Experience in warehouse environments, including inventory and stock management. u2022 Ability to oversee and improve warehouse operations while maintaining compliance. u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. u2022 Effective leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and drive results.
