Youu2019ll shape strategy, lead a highu2011performing team, drive designu2011in activity, and build positive relationships with senior leaders at some of the worldu2019s most innovative cloud platforms. Itu2019s a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence both customer roadmaps and internal product direction. Responsibilities: + Lead segment and account strategy for neou2011cloud and AIu2011native platform providers + Develop and mentor a team of Account Managers to drive customer engagement and execution discipline + Grow design activity across AI training/inference systems, cloud compute, and storage architectures + Oversee revenue performance, demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations + Align crossu2011functional teams to customer requirements and market trends in AI and cloud infrastructure Minimum Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience + 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, cloud, AI infrastructure, or highu2011performance systems markets + Proven experience selling into cloud, hyperscale, or complex technical environments + Experience leading highu2011performing sales or account management teams + Strong understanding of DRAM, NAND, HBM, and emerging memory technologies Preferred Qualifications: + MBA + Experience handling complex commercial agreements or longu2011term partnerships + Proficiency with or similar sales management tools + Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities + Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $159,600.00 - $331,100.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
