Research online database and court system database.- Performs duties to maintain flow in the office, including ordering supplies, requesting work orders, answering the phones, greeting and assisting all who enter the Legal Department; collates and maintains logs and statistics for the department; maintains time cards; requests and keeps track of seminars; maintains various Share Point sites; takes meeting minutes for various meetings; completes requests for information and public records requests with assistance from Chief Legal Counsel; processes various monthly invoices; maintains system for storage of files.- In the absence of Administrative Secretary 2, provide back-up secretarial support to the Executive Director including answering phones, scheduling appointments, attending meetings and processing materials for meetings.- Performs other related duties as assigned.What We Offer You:Hiring Bonus
