Your responsibilities will include performing routineinspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery toensure high level of availability of the machines implementing zero breakdownculture. You will utilize and continuously develop your troubleshooting skillsto repair electrical components, such as control panels, wiring, motors, and circuitbreakers, using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment. Collaboration willbe key, as you work closely with the maintenance team, process engineers, andoperators to address urgent issues that may impact production schedules, allwhile strictly adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. In addition, you will assist withequipment installations and upgrades, ensuring all work complies withmanufacturer specifications, technical requirements, and electrical codes.Accurate documentation will be essential, as you will record all maintenanceactivities, update logs in systems like SAP and COMOS, and actively participatein team meetings to review progress and plan upcoming tasks. Your contributionswill directly support the factoryu2019s goal of maximizing operational efficiency,minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement. How You Will Make an Impact u00b7 Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Conduct routineinspections, servicing, and repairs of electrical systems to ensure optimalequipment performance, reduce unexpected failures, and extend asset lifespan. u00b7 Troubleshoot and Diagnose Electrical Issues: Systematicallyidentify root causes of electrical faults using diagnostic tools and technicalexpertise, implementing timely solutions to minimize downtime and maintainoperational continuity. u00b7 Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in Genbawalks to observe real-time operations, engage with frontline teams, andidentify areas for process optimization. Monitor KPIs such as MTBF (Mean TimeBetween Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) to support data-drivenreliability improvements. u00b7 Manage Equipment Documentation and Planning: Maintain accurate andup-to-date technical documentation, including schematics and maintenancerecords. Assist in developing equipment trees to support structured maintenanceplanning and component tracking. u00b7 Conduct Component and Failure Analysis: Analyze historicaldata and equipment tree parameters to assess component lifespans, scheduleproactive replacements, and collaborate on root cause analysis to preventrecurring failures. u00b7 Ensure Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly toelectrical safety standards and company protocols during all maintenanceactivities, fostering a safe work environment and ensuring compliance withindustry regulations. What We Expect You to Bring + Minimum of 5 years of experience workingin maintenance, education in electrical, electromechanical or mechatronics(required) + Discipline andorganization in executing tasks + Proficiency inreading electrical schematics + Experience in PLCprogramming (Siemens will be considered a plus) + Stronginterpersonal relationship skills (communication with the internalmaintenance team, suppliers, and production team) + Intermediateknowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.) + Familiarity withMaintenance Management Systems (COMOS and/or SAP will be considered aplus) Applicants must be legallyauthorized for employment in the United States without need for current orfuture employer-sponsored work authorization.
