Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a workday support analyst to support their accounts payable department. This analyst will be responsible for triaging/troubleshooting any workday issues that is reported in their ticketing system. They will also analyze data, business workflows, and business processes, to define, design, test, and leverage software applications, solutions, and business processes which meet the requirements of existing systems as well as new product implementation. They will serve as a liaison between clinical/business operations, information services, system users and vendors, and acts as a consultant on issues related to the application(s). The analyst will work closely with technical and application staff to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of business applications and/or programs, including education, testing, training, and follow-up. This position is fully remote but must sit Tin AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY.
