POSITION SUMMARYThe Machining Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Machining Department, overseeing all machining functions to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role drives departmental performance by managing personnel, equipment, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives.The Machining Manager ensures production goals are met, optimizes workflow and resource utilization. This role is also responsible in developing a high-performing team through coaching, training, and effective performance management.
