Caregiver Position - Trusted Life Choices Trusted Life Choices is seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in assisted living facilities, group homes, and private residences. Candidates must be comfortable working in environments with pets (cats and dogs) and have reliable transportation. Key Responsibilities * Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. * Monitor and document vital signs and health status in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Deliver specialized care for dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, autism, and other needs. * Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements. * Maintain a clean and safe environment. * Safely operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts for patient transfers. * Support clients' emotional well-being through effective communication and engagement. * Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans. * Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid or CPR as needed. Qualifications * Demonstrated experience in home health, assisted living, or nursing home settings. * Proficiency in patient observation and vital sign monitoring. * Experience with medication reminders and care plan execution. * Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards. * Ability to perform safe lifting and use transfer equipment. * Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
