Provides patient care applying specialized knowledge and demonstrated clinical nursing skills. Maintains allrequired Nursing certifications and licenses. Performs nursing duties applying trained expertise, as well asensuring patients receive the level of care and attention representative of the company's high-level mission andcommitments to the healthcare community.Helps establish and implement results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Nursing unit, undergeneral supervision.Contributes to components of projects, programs, or processes for the Nursing area.Evaluates patients for labor; admits to the hospital and manages labors of low to moderate risk patients.Focuses particularly on pregnancy, childbirth, the post-partum period, care of the newborn, and the familyplanning and gynecologic needs of women.Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines.Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.Understands and applies the organization's mission, vision, and core values of improving health and promotingwell-being in day-to-day interactions with Nursing team.Associate's Degree Nursing RequiredBachelor's Degree Nursing PreferredRN
