Description The New Hire Orientation & Training Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience and promoting organizational values. This role ensures all new employees receive the information, support, and training needed to begin their employment confidently and successfully. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Orientation + Prepare orientation materials, including job descriptions, payroll deduction forms, and signu2011in sheets. + Facilitate New Hire Orientation on a regular weekly schedule, with the ability to conduct multiple sessions as needed. + Communicate new hire attendance to relevant HR teams. + Assist new employees with creating their HRIS/ADP profiles and completing all onboarding tasks. + Guide new hires through accurate completion of Form Iu20119 and ensure compliance with federal requirements. + Present company policies, with emphasis on Attendance, PTO, and Minors in the Workplace policies. + Support new hires in uploading required licenses and certifications into the HR system. + Provide an overview of company benefit offerings. + Conduct a facility tour and escort new hires to designated employee areas. + Ensure new hires receive uniform fittings and their employee identification badges. + Present essential workplace safety and cyberu2011security information. Requirements Qualifications Required + Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage staff and leadership effectively. + Minimum of six (6) months of experience facilitating training or group sessions. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. + High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. + Confident public speaking ability with strong presentation skills. + Energetic facilitator capable of motivating and engaging groups. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
