Description Job Summary: Modifies existing software/application programs, which are typically more complex in nature, or writes new programs to support user and management needs. Designs, tests, debugs, documents, and implements those programs. Consults with users to design, modify, and explain program changes or to provide technical support. Resolves problems which occur in production systems. May serve as project leader in the development of automated systems or procedures. Provides direction and training to other team members. In this role, the successful candidate will design develop, test, integrate and support Robotic Process Automations using Blue Prism and other technologies. The selected candidate will: u2022 Design, develop, unit test and integrate RPA solutions u2022 Participate in requirements definition u2022 Complete proof of concepts u2022 Work with outside vendor teams u2022 Provide development estimates based on project scope u2022 Learn new systems, application, technologies and business domains u2022 Understand industry trends, standards and practices as they apply to Huntington u2022 Comply with all team and corporate standards and guidelines u2022 Support, trouble-shoot and resolve production issues u2022 Complete tasks independently as well as in small team setting u2022 Enjoy multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment u2022 Assist with leading, training, and mentoring other team members Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree u2022 4+ years of experience in developing Blue Prism Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions in a corporate environment Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications u2022 2+ years developing JavaScript web applications u2022 2+ years developing .Net applications (web based or desktop) u2022 2+ years developing VBA (Microsoft Office macros) applications u2022 2+ years developing mainframe scripting applications (Passport, Attachmate) u2022 2+ years developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, UI Path and/or Ruby Cucumber u2022 Must demonstrate a high level of attention to details and high quality fit and finish with deliverables u2022 Must demonstrate ability to learn new technologies and tools u2022 Must demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills u2022 Must demonstrate the ability to balance both development and support roles u2022 Must demonstrate experience working with business segments u2022 Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. + Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
