Some of what you'll be doing: As the Aviation Maintenance Senior Systems Analyst, you will provide advanced functional solutions for complex systems to identify and solve functional area issues, design solutions, translate functional area requirements into technical requirements, and support design and implementation of enterprise application solutions. + You will oversee the integration and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems (Maximo, EZ Max Mobile, and Akwire). + You will collaborate with technical teams, coordinate testing efforts, and manage the deployment of new functionalities or upgrades. + You will gather, define, map, refine, and translate complex system requirements into functional specifications. + You will monitor Maximo, EZMax Mobile, and Akwire system functionality, and troubleshoot, track, resolve, and document system problems and issues requiring advanced technical expertise. + You will provide security administration and user account management support for Aviation Maintenance business systems including researching and resolving issues with role-based assignments and creating custom security groups to enable business process and reporting access to cross-functional users. + You will collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to analyze existing processes, recommend enhancements, and develop strategies to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and improve overall operational efficiency. + You will assess potential solutions or changes to existing systems or processes, including evaluating solution feasibility, identifying risks, and validating proposed solutions against business requirements. + You will provide guidance, coaching, and support to the System Analyst, promote best practices, and help develop the skills and competencies. + You will develop and execute data audits and validation to ensure accuracy of data. + You will create strategy in the creation and development of training resource material, schedules, and curriculum for adult learners, and deliver them both in hands-on and remote sessions.
