Summary: Content strategist and operations specialist to drive adoption of Instagram's TV product Required Skills: Product Content Engineer Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute content strategy for the Instagram TV app, setting quality standards and measurement frameworks for new features and experiences 2. Partner with design and product teams to ideate, prototype, and launch innovative content formats that resonate with varying audiences, leveraging AI tools and solutions 3. Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform content decisions and optimize user experiences 4. Build influence across teams, advocating for content quality and user-centric design 5. Lead through collaboration, fostering creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement 6. Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and a future-focused mindset to the team 7. Deliver completion of high-quality editorial work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 8. 6+ years of experience with digital content strategy, journalism, production and relevant skills 9. Demonstrated expertise in short-form video content and emerging video formats 10. Experience working and navigating ambiguity in time-sensitive environments 11. Proven experience to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, analytical) 12. Demonstrated editorial judgment and problem-solving skills and experience to document judgement logic into reusable frameworks to scale across teams 13. Proficiency in leveraging quantitative insights to inform content decisions 14. Track record of building influence and driving alignment across stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: 15. Experience with product launches in ambiguous or zero-to-one environments 16. Familiarity with developing content strategy, establishing quality standards and experiences video platforms 17. Background in OTT, TV and/or digital media production 18.
