This role represents a step-change in leadership capability and will play a critical role in bringing together multiple business units (including D&S and Cryo), under a common, disciplined materials operating model. This position will serve as a working foreman and people leader, responsible not only for directing the team, but also for actively participating in sourcing, purchase order execution, plant operations support, and logistics coordination. The Procurement Manager will lead a team of approximately 5 direct reports, with the opportunity to expand scope and organizational responsibility over time as the operation continues to mature.
