Description: You will be the Subcontract Program Management Manager for the Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for managing subcontracts and overseeing critical subcontracted systems for the PAC-3 Program. What You Will Be Doing As the Global Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of supply chain professionals in the daily execution of production work scope, from initiation to execution and delivery. You will oversee costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements to ensure program objectives are achieved. Your responsibilities will include: u2022 Managing a team of subcontract managers overseeing subcontractors and critical subcontracted systems u2022 Representing the Global Supply Chain team in proposal meetings and management reviews u2022 Assigning and managing team workload to meet cost and schedule objectives u2022 Coaching and mentoring Subcontract Managers to ensure successful execution of subcontracts u2022 Supporting Program Managers in program execution and resolving escalation issues with suppliers u2022 Making decisions affecting subcontractor performance and establishing milestone objectives u2022 Managing performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications Why Join Us We're looking for a collaborative and strategic leader to join our team as a Global Supply Chain Lead. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Experience managing subcontractor performance and purchase orders. u2022 Experience leading cross-functional team u2022 Ability to resolve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Strong communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of management u2022 Strong desire to develop and implement strategic initiatives and drive the team to execute u2022 Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines Desired Skills: u2022 Familiar with using SAP and Procure to Pay (P2P) u2022 Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures u2022 Demonstrated risk management experience u2022 Experience working prime negotiations with USG u2022 Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office u2022 Working Knowledge of FAR/DFAR u2022 Development of and presenting program/supplier assessments, internal/external program reviews and root cause and corrective actions. u2022 Prior professional experience working Supply Chain Management (SCM) fundamentals including, processes, procedures, policies, systems, and overall understanding of subcontracts Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
