Job Description Documentation Quality Analyst Job Description As a Documentation Quality Analyst, you will perform quality reviews of documentation developed by team members and evaluate writing based on compliance with documentation standards. You will independently provide training and feedback to colleagues to improve documentation quality and compliance with documentation standards. You will independently develop and maintain documentation standards as well as participate in initiatives to improve documentation quality, such as assisting with the on-boarding of new employees. Key Responsibilities u2022 Implement copy edit for technical training, evaluating content against style guides. u2022 Review learning assets for style guide adherence, writing style, writing quality and Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 compliance as they move through the production process. u2022 Develop templates or net new assets that comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 requirements. u2022 Provide expertise in the application of technical writing standards for client training and learning content, including, but not limited to assessments, job aids, performance support, eLearning/CBT, ILT/vILT materials, source materials (e.g., Patient Data Profiles), and webinar assets. u2022 Collaborate with Quality Management team members to bring consistency to copy editing feedback across the team. u2022 Maintain relationships across various stakeholder groups to provide a unified process for content review, audit, and management. u2022 Collaborate with Quality Management team members to develop and maintain quality management standard operating procedures, work instructions, and documented processes. u2022 Prioritize work and level of effort against deadlines to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables to the client. u2022 Create and deliver ongoing professional development sessions for a growing team. Required Skills u2022 Strong expertise in technical writing and copy editing, applying style guides and documentation standards. u2022 Familiar with the AP Style Guide. u2022 Practical evaluation and revision of content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy. u2022 Strong attention to detail in identifying errors or inconsistencies in written materials. u2022 Proficient in designing and maintaining documentation templates and assets that meet accessibility and organizational standards. u2022 Proficient in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, work instructions, and documented quality processes. u2022 Proficient application of Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 accessibility requirements, including document remediation and template development. u2022 Proficient interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams, SME collaboration, and stakeholders. u2022 Proficient in facilitating a unified review and audit processes. u2022 Proficient in prioritizing workloads and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery. Basic Qualifications u2022u2022 Bacheloru2019s Degree in Technical Communication, English, Instructional Design, or a related field or equivalent work experience. u2022 At least 4 years of combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: technical writing and copy-editing, preferably supporting learning solutions programs or health care information technology (HCIT) with a major healthcare organization or large-scale IT transformation project. u2022 Familiar with the AP Style Guide. u2022 Experience working in Agile sprints/teams preferred. u2022 Experience working in regulated or federal environments preferred. u2022 Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. u2022 Able to travel to customer sites if required. Responsibilities Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
