Responsible for the safe operation of a school bus and for ensuring the safety of studentpassengers and patrons while meeting established bus schedules. Transportation routes includethose to and from schools' sites, activity trips, and other special events in accordance withfederal, state, municipal, and district regulation policies and laws. Other duties includeperforming daily vehicle inspections and enforcing school bus safety rules. Drivers will berequired to work with Transportation Paraeducators as needed.
