Job Title

Resident Assistants are responsible for assisting residents with personal care. Other job duties include cleaning, doing resident laundry, responding to resident requests for assistance, working in the dining room during mealtimes and more. Experience in working with older adults, maturity, friendliness, and enjoyment of working with people are good qualities for this position. Ability to establish and maintain constructive work relationships with co-workers by promoting teamwork in all areas of the job duties as well as being reliable and responsible are important for this position.
