JOB REQUIREMENTS: ICM Corporation is an explosively growing catalogmarketing, manufacturing and distribution company with four the past five years the company has doubled in size to over $50Million in sales and approximately 160 employees. Due to our continuedgrowth, we are currently seeking an Assistant Controller to assist theCFO in managing the financial functions of all four divisions. This is aperfect position for a newly graduated CPA Primary duties of thisposition will include but are not limited to: Assist in managing thedaily operations of the Accounts Receivable staff of 8 Supervise andcoordinate the month end and year end closings of 4 companies Completemonthly sales tax reports for several states. Assist CFO in allaccounting requirements for internal management reporting and governmentagency filings Assist with year-end city personal property tax returnsComplete US Economic Census reports Complete year-end WI manufacturerspersonal property tax returns Complete unemployment insurance voluntarycontribution Complete complicated and large bank reconciliationsQualifications for this position include: College Degree Required.Previous Management experience preferred Must be computer literate andbe an expert with Excel. Previous experience in month end closing amust.
