Complete Building Services (CBS) seeks a part-time Stationary Engineer with five (5) years of experience for a facility in Manassas, VA. Candidate must hold an active MD 1st or DC 3rd Class Stationary Engineer license.Hours: Sunday-Tuesday 11 pm to 7 am.Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of systems and associated equipmentsPerform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basisMaintain equipment to industry standardsDiagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems as required and/or as assigned by supervisorProvide assistance and support to sub-contractors designated to perform installation and/or repair of equipment and/or hardware as requiredInterface with building manager and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfactionComplete daily, weekly and/or monthly reports of system status as directed by supervisorRun ductwork and mount equipment according to specifications as directedPlace or remove systems and equipment as directedPurchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completionPrepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports of system status and work completedOperate and maintain HVAC, electrical and security systems and associated hardware and equipment as directedPrepare predictive maintenance on assigned equipment in order to prevent breakdowns and/or outagesAccurately document work performed on tickets and/or work ordersMust be able to pass and maintain US Capitol Police background checkMust Possess a DC 3rd or MD 1st Class Engineer LicenseMust have data center experience5 + years experience working as a Lead Engineer within a building of comparable size and complexity5-8 years of experience operating, maintaining and installing mechanical equipmentEOE, including disability/veteransComplete Building Services (CBS) specializes in the operation and maintenance of commercial and government facilities.
