Job Description Insight Global is looking for a customeru2011focused banking professional to provide exceptional service, support daily branch operations, and build longu2011term customer relationships. This role combines teller transactions with new account sales and service. Key Responsibilities u2022 Perform daily teller functions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other routine transactions u2022 Maintain accuracy in cash handling, recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting (CTRs, SIRs, BSA requirements) u2022 Support branch operations (vault duties, cash shipments, ATM settlement, discrepancy research, reporting) u2022 Open and close personal and business deposit accounts, ensuring required documentation and compliance u2022 Assist customers in person and by phone with account questions, problem resolution, and general service u2022 Promote and refer banking products and services to help customers meet their financial needs u2022 Process account maintenance requests, check orders, safe deposit box access, and mail sorting u2022 Provide support for NSF/nonu2011post items, collections, and deposit verifications u2022 Maintain knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulations u2022 Contribute to a positive team environment and deliver efficient, accurate service in a fastu2011paced setting We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
