Description We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain operations within the health and biotech industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery, while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. u2022 At least 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within the health or biotech industry. u2022 Proficiency in logistics software and systems, with experience in ERP solutions being essential. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and optimize processes. u2022 Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. u2022 Demonstrated leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate staff. u2022 Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. u2022 Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures is highly desirable.
