The Facilities team is chartered with evaluating customer requirements, effectively planning the space, supporting occupation and maintaining the current industrial and office spaces. As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will share responsibilities for planning and scheduling maintenance for facilities infrastructure and equipment, including major systems (HVAC, sprinkler and fire detection, security, lighting control, electrical, communication, plumbing, uninterruptible power supply, compressed air) and other critical equipment across multiple buildings and locations. Competitive candidates must be able to work independently and have a depth of experience managing maintenance of industrial and office facilities. This position is crucial to ensuring seamless operations around mission-critical events, driving our commitment to safe and repeatable space flight forward.Responsibilities:Plan and schedule maintenance and/or repairs of facilities and equipment via our CMMS preventive maintenance program (Maximo).Support maintenance workflow by creating job plans, assets, location and job hazard assessments.Support the development of our preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs within the CMMS for company facilities.Coordination of maintenance work control best practices with shop personnel.Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipment.Oversee inventory for maintenance and repair, part and components.Forecast and schedule preventative maintenance, repair and site support services as necessary.Negotiate with outside vendors and contractors, generate Statements of Work, and coordinate requests for proposals with Procurement.Review existing work scope and contracted services to identify potential cost improvements and performance enhancements.Maintain a high level of best-in-class safety standards for team and facilities.Assetize Facility Condition Assessment for new Blue Origin LLC. sites. May require some travel.Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling work control environment.Working knowledge of an EAMS or CMMS system (Maximo a plus).Applicants should have knowledge of industrial facility infrastructure.Applicants should be familiar with industrial safety standards and regulations.Proficient in the Microsoft Office pensation Range for:WA applicants is $104,027.00 - $145,637.10Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
