Job Description The Strategic Partnership Specialist will help to manage the overall execution and plan to bring our strategic partnerships and technology use cases to life u2013 through events, sales plays and campaigns. The role will focus on Tier 1 Partnerships & any net new partnerships. This highly visible role is fast paced; the successful candidate will be able to multi-task efficiently with polish and discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to comfortably engage with senior executives, and attention detail are necessary for success. In this role it will be critical to have a deep understanding of all our technology use cases as it relates to our sports partners and a high-level understanding on all of Oracleu2019s solutions. Position Responsibilities: + Project tracking of key partnership deliverables. + Partner with internal teams on client opportunities, communications and creative development across promotions, digital strategy and onsite activation + Drive Global client, product and activation strategies and asset allocation to maximize use of the platform. + Manage experiential marketing (demos, simulators, trophies) and plans to bring our sports use-cases to life across all sports partners. + Work with vendors and logistic companies to manage our experiential marketing inventory + Manage the experiential marketing budget u2013 working alongside key internal stakeholders, procurement and Oracle finance teams Responsibilities + 4+ yearsu2019 experience in event marketing + Must be comfortable and effective dealing with sales, corporate partners, field engagement teams and customers at all levels, particularly senior executives + Experience in building relevant and impactful internal communications tactics to drive engagement with field sellers and the organizations that support them + A true self-starter able to leverage othersu2019 experience and best practices while building your own network of tools and resources + A drive for highest quality outcomes and the ability to articulate goals and to assess and communicate results and ROI + Must excel at navigating and collaborating with teammates across large, complex organizations + This is a highly collaborative team u2013 successful candidate will be both pragmatic and creative when working with others + Practical understanding of Oracle tools and processes including GMSS, Wrike, Eloqua, Certain, Template Builder and CXD plus Procurement and Compliance + Some travel required (up to 25%) Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
