This role offers the opportunity to apply informed, user-centered design to unlock solutions that are defining the next chapter ofdesignthrough spaces that adapt, endure, and elevate the human experience.What You Will DoCollaborate with a team of Architects and Interior Designers that bring design dreams to lifethrough innovativeproblem solving and design best practicesProduce technical documentation and communicate project progress to team members to ensure successDesign and deliver functional and beautiful spacesfor a diversity of project typesDevelop drawings, details, and diagrams using Revit, and other toolsas neededSupport all phases of the project from conceptual/schematic design through construction administrationSupport coordinationwithconsultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectivesParticipate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, andmaintainquality control during constructionUtilize handdrawingsand 3D software renderings to communicate design conceptsYour QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecturefrom an accredited program1-3 years ofrelevantexperiencewithin aprofessionaldesign firmKnowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques is preferredExperience in construction document preparation, construction administration, andfield observation is preferredProficientwithRevitProficiencywithSketchUp,other 3D modeling software, and the Adobe CreativeSuite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)is preferredStrongverbal and writtencommunication, organization, and collaboration skillsPassion for design excellence and continuous learningLEED accreditation or WELL AP is preferredDemonstrated commitment toresilienceandsustainable building practicesThis is not a remote position.
