Department(OHEHR) AI - AIDS Institute Job Description: Responsibilities The Assistant Health Program Administrator will provide administrative, operational and fiscal support to the Office of Program Evaluation and Research (OPER). The incumbent will assist staff with all facilitating administrative activities for personnel activities; monitor and process all purchasing and travel requests and provide fiscal support to staff; assist in contract management activities; and assist staff with literature research and developing updates, reports and special projects. Other appropriate duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of administrative, financial and/or other related experience; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and three years of such experience; OR five years of such experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience. Preferred Qualifications At least two years of administrative experience; experience in the administrative process of purchase and travel activities.Familiarity in contract support roles and reviewing vouchers. Experience in using Pubmed for literature research. Proficiency using a variety of software including MS Office, SharePoint, WebEx, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Experience interacting with various stakeholders and providing administrative support in an office with confidential data and strict handling requirements.
