Where Your Career is a Force for Good The AmericanRed Cross is seeking a Regional Philanthropy Officer who will cultivaterelationship and gifts with individual donors and community and familyfoundations in northeast and southeast Wisconsin. What You Need to Know:We are looking for a Regional Philanthropy Officer who will meetfundraising goals and objectives to serve our mission. In this role, youwill identify, engage, cultivate, solicit, and steward current andprospective individual regional donors in expanding their financialsupport of the work of the American Red Cross. This is a hybrid rolewhere you will meet with donors in person and attend meetings in theGreen Bay or Milwaukee office. Where Your Career Is a Force For Good:Work with the local fundraising team to develop and execute ongoingregional strategy for qualifying individual donors to ensure retention,growth of donor contributions, as well as recapture from previousdonors. Work collaboratively with other departments and fundraisingstaff to create customized solicitation strategies matching theobjectives of the organization and the interests of the donor/prospect.Solicit assigned donor portfolios through face-to-face visits andvirtual meetings including preparation of personalized materials.
