Monday - Friday Day shift $15 - $18 DOE Weekend availability 40-hour weeks (OT depending on orders) Field Crew Duties: Dig trenches laying irrigation pipes helping with the Installation of Irrigation equipment Helping set up and adjust Irrigation equipment based on customer needs Helping with the maintenance of irrigation equipment as needed Other duties as assigned Field Crew Requirements: Must be able to push/pull/lift 50+lbs Must be able to crouch, squat, and stay on feet for long periods of time Basic understanding of plumbing and mechanical concepts is preferred Attention to detail Proficient Problem solving skills Must be a good team player as this position will require you to work with others Must have a valid Driver’s License Summary As an Irrigation Service Assistant, you will be integral to maintaining and enhancing irrigation systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Reporting to the Irrigation Supervisor, your core skills in irrigation equipment will be complemented by your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with tools and equipment. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. As a field crew member you will help in the installation and set up of irrigation systems.
