Job Description

Description Responsible for all phases of End User Device support while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. u2022 Receives, processes, responds to, and escalates trouble tickets/issues on equipment and technology issues for resolution. u2022 Assists with user account issues, including, but not limited to, password resets, locked accounts (AD, ADFS and SAP), assisting in the setting up of MFA for user accounts. u2022 Shipping, receiving and inventory. u2022 Follows documented Service Desk procedures. u2022 Participate in a Service Desk Call Queue answering trouble calls. u2022 Logs all Service Desk interactions in the IT Service Management software. u2022 Diagnoses & repairs workstations and locally connected peripherals. u2022 Performs local and remote testing on equipment, including running software programs to diagnose faults. u2022 Performs all functions required to prepare workstations for new employees including software installation and peripheral devices. u2022 Wipes and re-installs workstations when necessary or when re-assigning workstations to a different user. u2022 Participates in software and hardware equipment accountability. u2022 Research, evaluates, and recommends software and workstation equipment. u2022 Assists management with policy drafting and updates. u2022 Maintains strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Windows products, OCR/scanning software and informally trains program staff in these areas when needed. u2022 Maintains a positive, strong, credible, professional, and interpersonal relationship with all parties relevant to projects and always represents the best interest of the organization. u2022 Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots iPhones, Androids, and mobile devices. u2022 Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots Microsoft 365 as well as other 3rd party applications. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Okemos, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
