Our team will bring Meta Smart Glasses and Quest mixedu2011reality experiences to life through interactive demos and engaging, handsu2011on customer moments. As the Assistant Manager, youu2019ll partner closely with the Store Manager to support and develop a highu2011performing retail team while keeping daily operations running smoothly. Youu2019re someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and creating a space that feels organized, welcoming, and customeru2011ready. In this role, youu2019ll help coach the team, maintain strong operational flow, and look for opportunities to improve processes and performance. Youu2019ll also play a key part in supporting handsu2011on demos that help customers explore our wearable and mixedu2011reality products and see how they fit into their livesu2014bringing the Meta brand to life through an engaging and immersive inu2011store experience. Minimum Pay USD $65,000.00/Yr. Maximum Pay USD $70,000.00/Yr. What We Offer + Biweekly pay plus retention bonus + Health and wellness benefits plans + Paid time off and holidays + 401(k) with employer matching + Paid training + Employee discounts + Referral bonus + Tax savings with flexible spending accounts for parking, transit, dependents, and healthcare costs + Opportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employees What You'll Do + Manage the overall operation of the location including but not limited to, opening, and closing, inventory management, logistics, retail technology, Point of Sale, cash handling & weekly and daily report outs on operational performance + Develop and execute various operational strategies to streamline operational processes within the retail store + Be the boots on the ground in partnership with Metau2019s tech team to ensure all customer experiences are working correctly and maintained + Support the Retail Manager in performance management of the team + Lead person when the Store Director is not present + Expert in our clientu2019s industry leading products, sold in the retail store + Other tasks as assigned by management What You'll Bring Experience and Education: + High School Diploma or equivalent required + 3+ years of retail management experience required + 3+ years customer-facing experience in retail required Skills and Attributes: + Exemplary interpersonal communication skills including soft, written, verbal and conflict resolution + Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels and independently + Ability to show patience, tact and remain calm under pressure + High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn + Strong time management and organizational skills + Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking and decision making + Fluent in Google Workspace Suite & Office 365 including Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint + Flexible availability with the ability to be on-call as needed Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
