Candidate would be self-motivated with strong leadership and problem-solving skills in order to manage all schedule related matters and personnel.This role will focus on our Mid-Atlantic Region (Baltimore and Virginia).Essential Duties:Develop planning level and baseline construction schedules and establish protocols to track work progress using Oracle P6 softwareAnalyze and validate the preliminary/baseline schedule against the overall project objectivesReview project progress & schedule updates to proactively anticipate schedule impacts and advise project team concerning the sameEffectively communicate the outcome of the schedule development (or update) process by presenting targeted and relevant information from the schedule in elegant and effective formatsParticipate in and advise on schedule-related contract negotiationsCollaborate with the project management staff and personnelCollect and analyze data and prepare summary reportsAssist with determination of staffing needs, materials, and suppliesMonitor progress on projects, develop timetables for projects and identify variance in the completion of work tied to schedule deadlinesRequirements:Degree in construction management, engineering or other related field0 - 5 years construction related experience in scheduling and/or project managementDemonstrated ability to track and maintain complete and accurate project dataDemonstrated knowledge of Oracle P6 software & VisualizerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong collaborative and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) schedulingKnowledge of scheduling software (Oracle P6 and Trimble TILOS preferredTime-management skills and the ability to meet deadlineSolid analytical skills to collect and interpret dataProficiency in understanding blueprints and contractsOutstanding decision-making skillsCalm, professional demeanor with a keen attention to detailWe are interested in qualified candidates who are eligible to work in the United States.
