Description Our client is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to support their accounting team on a long-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for either an entryu2011level candidate eager to grow in the accounting field or an experienced Accounts Payable clerk looking for partu2011time work. Responsibilities for the Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk: u2022 Process full-cycle accounts payable, including matching, batching, coding, and data entry. u2022 Perform account and vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. u2022 Handle high volumes of invoices efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. u2022 Collaborate with team members to support departmental needs during medical leave coverage. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounts payable functions. u2022 Provide support for audits and special projects as needed. u2022 Support the AP team with general administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Required: + Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail + Ability to learn accounting systems and processes quickly + Good organizational and timeu2011management skills + Teamu2011oriented with strong communication skills + Must be able to work flexible Part-Time schedule, occasional Fridays off.
