If you are seeking an opportunity to grow alongside dedicated team members and shape your future, then apply today Position Accountabilities: + Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate departments. + Assisting in order processing and scheduling of deliveries. + Responsible for maintaining cash drawer and basic bookkeeping. + Maintaining appearance of showroom and customer areas. + Uphold customer service values and Orville's Standards of Conduct. + Any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Required Experience/Skills: + Effective communication style both orally and written. + Prior Receptionist experience a plus. + Prior experience as a customer-service representative a plus. + Have an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) required.
