Successful candidates will have demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following lending areas; loan onboarding, collateral perfection or release, retail or mortgage loan servicing. Experience specifically with titled vehicle requirements in WA, ID and OR is a plusWe have an opening for a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist in our Downtown Spokane location.Location: Tower East - 5th Fl, 601 W 1st Ave, Spokane, WA, 99201.Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm. This role is open to a hybrid work schedule.Essential Functions:Ensures credibility of the loan system by accurately servicing loan portfolioHandles monetary transactions, maintenance entries and updates to the core applicationHandles loan boarding and collateral perfectionBalances transactions, verifies input, identifies and corrects rejectsProvides high quality customer service, researching and resolving customer issuesQualifications:Demonstrated accuracy in working with detailed data in a deadline-oriented environmentMinimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a loan servicing or related environment is desiredKnowledge of loan documentation, collateral perfection, and general loan servicing, as well as bank, federal, and state policies and requirements is desiredDemonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and utilize systems and applicationsStrong telephone and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to effectively prioritize work projects to meet deadlinesPay Range:Loan Servicing Specialist II- $20.67 - $31.03Loan Servicing Specialist III- $22.50 - $33.76The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, Washington.
