We are seeking a Wastewater Operator for assignment in Walla Walla, Washington. The selected candidate will perform a variety of tasks in the operations and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant.Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm** This position has a rotational on-call schedule **** This position requires a valid Washington Level I Wastewater Operator License **- Preventive maintenance- Establish and maintain effective sample procedures of plant operations and effluent- Diagnose operating problems- Make process control adjustments- Direct and perform necessary corrective action- Prepare reports- Collect samples- Perform laboratory testing- Determine proper chemical flow rates- Maintain shift logs- Perform other duties as required- A valid Drivers License- A valid Level I Washington Wastewater Operator License- 1+ years experience in operating water/wastewater treatment plants#IND
