Position Summary: The Art Program at College of Western Idaho is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an adjunct faculty member in our new CTE Digital Photography program for Fall 2026 to teach lower-division courses in landscape and architectural, and still life photography. Successful candidates have industry and teaching experience. The successful candidate may be asked to teach M-F during the day or evening, or Saturday at any of the College of Western Idaho’s Canyon County Campus where the digital photography program is currently located. Successful candidates are required to reside in Idaho by the first day of work for the College of Western Idaho. Essential Functions: - Teach material from approved Digital Photography curriculum, as assigned - Develop daily lesson plans and instructional materials using current digital tools and technologies - Employ student-centered teaching methods that reflect the diverse backgrounds and needs of CWI students - Utilize outcomes assessment measures - Participate in instructional evaluation processes - Meet all scheduled classes promptly with any deviations promptly and accurately communicated through the appropriate channels - Monitor and record student progress, maintain accurate records, and adhere to the College of Western Idaho’s deadlines for such procedures - Continuously improve course content, delivery methods, and assessment strategies based on student feedback and industry practices - Read, understand, agre To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
