Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM and Ivanti VPN. You will join a team responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and high-performing network services across The Hartfordu2019s enterprise infrastructure. Your work will directly impact service reliability, remote-access security, and application availability across distributed environments. You will participate in multiple project teams and provide technical consulting on highly complex issues. Key Responsibilities u2022 Administer and troubleshoot Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM. u2022 Manage and support Ivanti VPN platforms. u2022 Perform complex network troubleshooting. u2022 Support network monitoring, capacity planning, and DR infrastructure. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network initiatives. u2022 Participate in an on-call rotation for critical network services. Required Qualifications u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. u2022 5u201310 years of network engineering experience. u2022 Strong experience with Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM. u2022 Strong experience with Ivanti VPN. u2022 Solid understanding of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, TCP/IP). u2022 Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. u2022 Experience in large, enterprise network environments. Preferred Qualifications u2022 Zscaler ZIA experience. u2022 Juniper switch experience. u2022 F5 load balancer experience. u2022 Scripting or automation experience (Python, Ansible, etc.). This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position. Compensation The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartfordu2019s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
